In this Certification Component for Level 2 (Assistant Moniteur) in Foil, you’ll be able to download the lesson log forms that you need to complete, and the upload the competed forms for review. Once you’ve completed the upload, your logs will be reviewed, and if complete, approved for use in certification for this level.

As a reminder, this level of certification requires 20 hours of logged group lessons. It is STRONGLY advised that you complete these lessons AFTER taking the required NCDP Core Clinics and Formative Assessments. Lesson logs are designed to allow you to practice the material you learn in the Clinics!
