The purpose of this course is to ensure a uniform, methodical approach to training Coach Developers within the USFCA framework. It will educate them about current adult learning theories, present them with a variety of training models, and encourage them to explore their own ideas about coaching. It will also provide an overview of the new NCDP curriculum model and answer their questions about best practices for hosting training clinics at various levels. This is an online Zoom course from 2:00 pm - 4:00 CST. A link will be sent to participants one hour before the course starts. This course provides participants with 2 CEUs.
