Level 3B This NCDP Level 3B Epee Clinic is the second of two 12-hour face-to-face clinics required as part of the National Coaching Development Program (NCDP). It is designed for the Moniteur level candidates. Level 3B covers developmental principles and mechanics of instructing defensive and counter-offensive fencing actions utilizing the Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Correct, Critique (EDGCC) process and is a component of a USFCA Level 3 Coaching Certification. Level 3A & 3B clinics do not have to be taken in consecutive order, but both must be completed along with required coursework to fulfill the requirements of a Level 3 Coaching License.
