This Level 3A Epee Clinic is one of two 12-hour face-to-face clinics required as part of the National Coaching Development Program (NCDP) of the United States Fencing Coaches Association. It is designed for Moniteur level candidates. Level 3A clinics cover developmental principles and mechanics of instructing offensive fencing actions and utilizing the Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Correct, Critique (EDGCC) process. A NCDP Level 3B is the second of the two 12-hour clinics required. Level 3A & 3B clinics do not have to be taken in consecutive order, but both must be completed along with required course work to fulfill the requirements of a Level 3 Coaching License.
