The individual lesson serves as a high-intensity mental and physical challenge used to boost confidence, foster a strong coach-athlete bond, and refine tactical and technical skills. This approach will teach Coaches in Training how to follow a logical progression of exercises—including proper warm-up/cool-down, how to meet the athlete at their level, and how to balance and integrate a training schedule for each fencer that compliments group work. Included are availability of Master and Prevot tests.
